Indications
XINCLAV 1.2 is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including:

Dosing Considerations
- Not for direct patient injection.
- Potassium Chloride for Injection Concentrate is for preparation of intravenous admixtures only and must be diluted before administration.
- Care must be taken to ensure there is complete mixing of the potassium chloride with the large volume fluid, particularly 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride.
